Does the RX have an exit strategy for Spammie the Pig?

After a variety of high level conferences between the Moderators and members of the RX political forum an agreement seemed to have been reached regard the unhealthly atmosphere created by forum warlord Doc "Spam" Mercers relentless SPAM (tm) attacks.After threatening to leave the forum once and for all Spammie changed his mind.After conceding to Wils wishes he refrained for a short while but the allure of any easy drive by attack proved to be too much to resist for the pig.Many RX vouched for the man as an asset to the board but now it seems even some of them are seeing him as an ass instead of an asset.However this earlier perception of affability by the pro-Doc RXers has since proven to embolden the bully propagandist.He has denounced all previous agreements has has now stated "hes back and isnt going anywhere".The RX upper echelon seems to have played with kid gloves to no avail.24 hr post review was simply a hand slap which had no effect on the ruthless polluter.Here we are months later and the board is still suffocating under the immense load of BS garbage Doc cut and pastes daily,hourly.....there seems to be no getting out.Nothing but an outright ban will solve it and thats not likely to happen.....how does the RX plan an extracting the intellectual debate from the morass/quagmire that Doc has plunged the forum into?

When Doc. talks he learns me a lot of stuff that I can use. That's why I am brighter than I once was. He be also not afraid to express his opinions even thought people here call him bad name. This name calling must hurt his feelings at times, but not all the time cause he resides in Texas and rides horses not silly ponies. Just an opinion.

I've noticed that, too. We've had a few new posters in this forum this week, which is great, and they also seem to shy away from Doc's meaninglessness. Not that everyone in here is some kind of academic, but at least most of us are capable of forming an opinion and engaging in real debate.

If we all had a nickle every time Doc used the word 'dittohead', 'bushie', or waxed nostalgic about my sex life, we wouldn't need to gamble.
